CDL VIS is the vehicle data arm of CDL.  It offers vehicle history checking services based on DVLA data.

CDL acquired CDL VIS, formerly TVIC, in 2005 and since that time have been able to put together a portfolio of products to provide vehicle data to both the consumer and the business user.
